EarlyForge

Software lab · AI products · Built in public

We forge practical software products, then keep improving them in public.

EarlyForge builds AI and SaaS tools for founders, marketers, agencies and website owners. We ship early, improve continuously and keep the roadmap visible instead of hiding behind vague promises.

The idea

Buy early. Pay less. Own forever.

Most software turns into another subscription. During the forge stage, we do something different: early customers can buy lifetime access while the product is still growing.

Before 100% maturity
Lifetime access is available. The earlier you buy, the lower the price.
At 100% maturity
The product becomes a standard annual SaaS and the lifetime window closes.

Build useful things

We focus on tools that solve practical business problems: conversion, AI visibility, workflows, automation and product execution.

Ship in public

Every product moves through visible forge stages. You can see what shipped, what is planned and how the product matures over time.

Reward early buyers

During the forge window, early customers can buy lifetime access at lower prices before the product becomes a mature annual SaaS.

Forge stages

Products grow in public, not behind closed doors.

Every EarlyForge product moves through public completion stages. The product page shows what exists, what shipped recently and what still needs to be forged before maturity.

Iron

Entry edition. The core product, forged solid, with a smaller allowance.

Steel

Mid edition. More power, higher limits and usually the best fit for serious users.

Titanium

Top edition. Maximum limits, advanced access and team seats where applicable.

Custom development

Need a custom AI, SaaS or full-stack project?

EarlyForge also works on selected custom projects for founders, agencies and businesses that need a practical full-stack solution built fast and clean.

SaaS MVPs and internal dashboards
AI workflows, automations and API integrations
WordPress, FastAPI, Next.js and custom product builds
Existing product fixes, audits and technical rescue work

We usually work on selected projects where the goal is clear, the budget is realistic and speed matters.

Selected projects are reviewed manually. Please include enough context so we can understand scope, urgency and technical fit.

Build log, not mystery roadmap

Our build log is a public timeline of releases across every product: versions, dates and what shipped. No marketing tricks. If a feature is not ready yet, it belongs in the roadmap, not in the sales copy.

Fair refund policy

We offer a 7-day refund if a tool does not work as described on its product page. We are a small team, so please reach out before opening a chargeback. We tend to fix things fast.
