EarlyForge

A software lab, forged in public.

We build useful tools, ship them in stages, and sell them under one principle: buy early, pay less, own forever.

Why we exist

Most software is sold like a subscription that never ends. We do not love that model and our customers do not either. We prefer to ship a product with a clear vision, charge fairly, and keep improving it forever.

We also believe ideas get better when they are exposed early. So we ship small. We ship public. We ship at 20% if 20% already does useful work.

Forging stages

Every product in the lab passes through public stages: 20% → 40% → 70% → 100%. At each stage the product gains new features, the price rises, and the build log records what shipped.

The earlier you buy, the lower the price. Existing customers keep their original price forever and receive every new feature for free.

Iron · Steel · Titanium

Every EarlyForge product is sold in three editions. Same naming across the lab, so you always know what you are buying.

  • Iron — the entry edition. The basics, forged solid. Smaller monthly allowance.
  • Steel — the mid edition for those who mean business. Bigger allowance, more features. Typically the most popular.
  • Titanium — the top edition. Maximum power, the highest limits, team seats where applicable.

You can upgrade between editions at any time, prorated. You only pay the difference between what you have and what you want.

Lifetime during the forge, annual at maturity

During the forging stages (20% to 70%), you can buy lifetime: pay once, own that edition forever, including all future updates that ship up to 100%.

When a product reaches Mature (100%), it becomes a standard SaaS with annual pricing. The lifetime window closes — early supporters who bought during the forge keep their lifetime access for that edition.

This is intentional: lifetime works during the forge as a fair trade. Early supporters take a small risk, we get early revenue to keep building. Once a product is mature and runs in production for everyone, annual pricing keeps it sustainable.

Build-in-public

Our build log is a public timeline of every release across every product. Versions, dates, what shipped. No marketing tricks: if a feature is not there yet, you can read esattamente quando it is planned in the roadmap of each product.

Refunds

7-day refund if the tool does not work as described on the product page. We are a small team, so please reach out before opening any chargeback — we tend to fix things fast.
