2. Lifetime License

When you purchase a product, you receive a lifetime license to use the current build and all future updates of that specific product. The license is personal and non-transferable unless explicitly stated.

"Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the product. We commit to maintaining and updating products listed on this site as long as commercially viable.

3. Early Access

Products marked as Early Access may be incomplete, contain bugs, or change significantly. By purchasing during Early Access, you accept that the product is a work in progress.

4. Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase if the product does not work as described on its product page. Contact us with your purchase email to request a refund.

5. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

AI-powered products require you to provide your own API key from a third-party provider (e.g. OpenAI). You are responsible for any costs incurred on your provider account, and for complying with that provider's terms of service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our products for unlawful purposes, to harm others, to circumvent licensing, or to redistribute the software without written permission.

7. Disclaimer

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to ship reliable software, but we cannot guarantee fitness for any specific purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EarlyForge be liable for damages exceeding the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
