1. What we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to deliver our products and run the business: your email address, account information, license information, purchase information, support messages, and basic website or product usage data.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Refer to the Stripe privacy policy for details on payment data handling.

3. Product and AI processing

For AI-powered products, we process the information you submit in order to generate the requested output. This may include campaign briefs, product descriptions, audience notes, prompts, uploaded content, generated outputs and related usage metadata.

Your product data is private to your account. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your campaign inputs to train EarlyForge-owned models.

3.1 ConvertForge AI website assistant data

If you use ConvertForge AI on your website, the widget may process visitor messages, lead form details, page URL, referrer, user agent, conversation metadata and hashed IP information to provide assistant replies, qualify intent, prevent abuse and help you follow up with leads.

When AI replies are enabled, visitor messages may be sent to AI service providers such as OpenAI to generate a response. Website owners using ConvertForge AI are responsible for informing their own visitors that an AI assistant is used on their site and for linking to an appropriate privacy notice.

ConvertForge AI may also crawl and index publicly accessible pages of an authorized website during setup or when the website owner requests an update. This Website Brain indexing helps the assistant understand public pages such as product pages, pricing pages, service pages, FAQs, blog posts and public calls to action, so it can answer visitors with more accurate site-specific context.

ConvertForge AI does not perform continuous background scraping by default. It does not intentionally crawl private areas, admin pages, checkout pages, account pages, password-protected content or non-authorized domains. Re-indexing is triggered during setup, through a manual refresh, or through a page update integration when a connected website notifies ConvertForge AI that a public page has changed.

4. Cookies and analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the website is used and improve the product. We do not use ad-tracking cookies or sell your data to advertisers.

5. Email

We use your email address to deliver access links, license information, product updates, billing-related notices and support replies. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

6. Service providers

We may use trusted service providers for payments, email delivery, hosting, analytics and AI processing. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to EarlyForge.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We comply with applicable privacy regulations including the GDPR.

8. Data retention

We retain account, license, purchase and product usage information for as long as needed to provide your access, support your license, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
